Judge Demands Answers as Oregon Girlfriend Murder Trial Nears

A judge grew visibly frustrated with prosecutors during a pretrial hearing in the murder case of an Oregon man accused of killing his girlfriend, Mariah King. King, 30, was found dead in July 2024, and her death was initially believed to be self-inflicted. Her boyfriend, Jerod Norman, is now charged with her murder and abuse of a corpse. During the hearing, the judge told prosecutors, "You're killing me," as they struggled to explain what alleged domestic violence evidence they plan to present at trial.
