Shanna Gardner Trial Delayed, May Be Tried With Alleged Gunman
TV-14 | CLIPS | Season 1 | 2026
In a surprising twist on Thursday, Shanna Gardners murder trial was delayed until May 2027. The State will seek to try Gardner and the alleged gunman, Henry Tenon, together. Gardner has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to commit a capital felony and child abuse in connection to Jared Bridegans murder. Mario Fernandez, Gardner's husband, was convicted Wednesday of first-degree murder and solicitation to commit a capital felony in Bridegans death. Jury selection for Gardner's trial was set to begin on Monday before it was delayed. #CourtTV - What do YOU think?
