After dentist Norman Larzelere is shot by a masked man and dies in the arms of his hysterical wife Virginia, police initially suspect a robbery gone wrong. That's until a friend of Virginia's oldest son Jason steps forward, and reveals a twisted plot put into motion by the grieving widow herself.
